I helped publish The Network State book, a WSJ bestseller on starting new countries; was first hire at The Network State (thenetworkstate.com), a company formed to help start new countries; organized the first Network State Conference, a conference for leading investors and founders dedicated to starting new countries; and created The Network State Dashboard (thenetworkstate.com/dashboard), a list of new country projects. I worked with Balaji for the last ~3 years.
